물론 소요 경비와 성공 보수는 발주처와 협의 하에 정해집니다.
그러하기에 계약의 주체는 매우 중요하며 위에서 언급한 서약서 체결의 당사자와 동일해야 합니다.
제 프로젝트를 받아들여서 제가 제시하는 서약서에 사인을 하고 에이전트 계약을 맺으며 그에 따른 소요 경비와 성공 보수를 지불하는 주체는 누구인지 궁금합니다. 귀 기관인지 K시, M시와 같은 자치단체인지 알려주기 바랍니다.
참고로 알려드리면 소요 경비에는 각종 업무 진행 비와 교통비, 해당 기업 임원들을 상대로 하는 로비 비용, 해당 기업에 영향력을 행사할 수 있는 주요 인사들에게 지출하는 자문료 등이 포함되며 그 비용은 계약 체결 시점부터 월 6000유로 정도입니다.
성공 보수의 경우는 공장 투자 금액에 따라 다르며 기본적으로 10억불 이상일 때 0.16%에서 0.35%가 적용되며 40억불 이상의 대규모 투자가 집행될 시에는 0.1%에서 0.15% 정도가 적용됩니다.
위 사항은 대략적인 것이며 세부 사항은 추후 협의를 통해 결정됩니다.
I think it an essential prerequisite to enter into a contract regarding expense and contingent fee before business process; this is an international custom. The expense and contingent fee are set under the discussion with the ordering organization. So, who is the central body of the contract is very important. The body must be identical to the person who makes the above memorandum and pledge. I am wondering about who accepts my project, signs the written pledge, enters into an agency contract and pays the relevant expense and contingent fee. Please, let me know whether the body is your institution or the local government such as K city and M city.
For reference, the expense includes all sorts of business expenses, transportation expenses, lobbying fees to executives of the relevant enterprises, and consultancy fees to important people who can wield influence over those enterprises; these expenses are paid approximately 60,000 Euro per month from the conclusion of the relevant contract.
The contingent fee is different according to the amount of investment in a plant. The percentage of 0.16-0.35 will be applied to the fee if the amount is more than 1 billion dollars. If a large investment (more than 4 billion dollars) is conducted, the percentage of 0.1-0.15 will be applied to the fee. The above things are the rough estimate of the expenses.
