안녕하십니까 저는 당신의 검사를 담당 한 방사선사 000입니다.
오늘 하실 검사는 PET-CT입니다. 금식은 하고 오셨나요?
PET-CT 검사는 뇌, 심장질환, 암세포 및 종양을 정확하게 진단하는 영상 검사로서 우리 몸의 생리적 기능을 영상화 할 수 있는 PET검사와 구조적 이상을 영상화 할 수 있는 CT영상을 동시에 획득하여 합성 영상을 만들어 정확한 진단을 내릴 수 있고, 이에 따른 적절한 치료를 받으실 수 있게 하는 최첨단 영상기법 입니다.
검사 시간은 총 1시간30분~2시간 정도 소요되며, 우선 방사성의약품을 정맥주사하고 약 1시간 정도 약이 몸에 퍼지는 시간을 누워서 안정 후 30~40분 정도 검사를 진행 할 것 입니다.
주사 후 안정실에 계실 동안에는 지나 친 근육의 사용은, 근육으로의 잘못 된 약품 섭취를 야기 할 수 있습니다. 가능한 팔 다리를 쭉 편 상태로 바른 자세로 누워 계셔주세요. 감사합니다.

1. PET-CT (Positron emission tomography-Computed tomography) Inspection

I am radiographer OOO in charge of checking your physical examination.
You are scheduled to go through a PET-CT inspection. Did you fast today?
The PET-CT inspection is an imaging inspection to accurately diagnose a brain disorder, a cardiac disorder, cancer cells and a tumor. It is a combination of a PET inspection to create an image of the body’s physiological function and a CT image to make an image of a structural disorder; it can generate a synthetic imagery to make an accurate diagnosis. So, it is a high-tech image technique which enables you to receive a proper treatment based on the diagnosis.
The total time of inspection is one and a half hour to 2 hours. First, you are injected by radiopharmacy. Then, you take a rest while the medicine spreads throughout the whole body for one hour. Finally, you have the inspection for 30 to 40 minutes.
As you use your muscles excessively when you take a rest in the stability room after injection, you cannot get an intramuscular injection properly.
You should lie on the bed by stretching out your legs in a correct posture. Thank you very much.
