2. 나는 200X년 X월 X일 이후로 본 특허와 관련하여 귀하나 CP사로부터 아무런 연락을 받은 적이 없습니다. 또한 그 이후 미국특허청의 non-final rejection에 대한 답변서 제출에 있어서도 귀 사무소는 발명자인 본인에게 아무런 연락을 취한 적도 없으며 또한 어떠한 허락이나 서명을 요구한 적도 없습니다. 그러다가 이제 와서 갑자기 귀 법률사무소가 나에게 연락을 해온 이유를 이해하기 어렵습니다. 본인은 본 발명특허 건에 대하여 매우 강한 애정을 가지고 있기 때문에 그 동안 올바른 답변서 제출이나 본 건의 진행에 대하여 나의 의견을 반영하고 싶었으나 귀 법률사무소의 이와 같은 행위로 인해 협조할 기회조차 갖지 못했습니다. 위와 같은 사실들에 대한 귀하의 해명을 정중히 요청들입니다.

2. I have not received any communication related to this application from you and CP since X월 X일th, 200X. After that, in the case of the submission of the written answer of the non-final rejection from Patent and Trademark Office in USA, your office did not correspond with the person in question, the inventor and ask any approval or signature. I cannot understand the reason why now your law firm suddenly contacted me. Because I had a strong affection for the application, at that time I wanted to reflect my opinions on both the submission of the correct written answer and the process of the application. However, I could not have any opportunity to assist your office because of its behavior as written above. I courteously demand your explanation of the above-stated facts.
