M BK는 세계 각국에 등록되어 있는 발명특허 신청서에서 발명자로 저가 아닌 Dr. Nd로 변경하려는 시도를 하고 있음을 알고 있습니다. 심지어 호주에서는 발명자와 출원인 모두에서 본인의 이름을 삭제하려고 합니다. 이와 같은 사실들을 귀하는 모두 알고 있는지요? 귀하가 보낸 지난 9월8일자 서신은 귀 법률사무소가 미국에서 본인을 발명자로 인정하는 근거이지만, 동일한 법률사무소와 CP사가 한국을 포함한 여러 나라에서 본인을 발명자와 출원인에서 삭제하려는 매우 불합리한 상황이 벌어지고 있는 것에 대해 귀하는 어떻게 이해하고 있는지 의견을 듣고자 합니다.

5. I know that nowadays your office and PC have taken a series of measures that intend to deny the fact that I am the inventor in question of this application. CP instituted a civil suit against me where I am not the inventor in question of the application, but I won the suit at the first trial and the second trial. M BK knows an attempt to change me, i.e., the inventor in the patent application registered all the countries of the worlds, to Dr. Nd. What is worse, my name both as an inventor and as an applicant for patent is intended to be struck off in Australia. Do you know the above-stated facts? According to the 2008 September 8th letter from your office, your law firm is a legal basis to identify me as the inventor in question of the application. However, your office and CP have intended to strike my name off the inventor and the applicant for patent in many countries including South Korea. I request your opinions on these unreasonable situations.
