■ 공동실험실습관 실험실 운영 Operation of Laboratory Center

○ 이용자격
  (1) 본교의 학부(과)로서 해당 대학장이 제출한 공동실험·실습실 이용계획서에 의거 공실험실습관 실험·실습시간표에 확정된 해당 대학 및 학과
  (2) 실험·실습 및 연구의 목적으로 사용을 원하는 본교의 교직원
  (3) 대학원 지도교수의 확인을 필하고 관장의 사용허가를 받은 대학원생
  (4) 소속학부(과)장의 확인을 필하고 관장의 사용허가를 받은 학생
  (5) 타기관의 연구자로 관장의 사용허가를 받은 연구자 
○ Qualification
  (1) Colleges and departments assigned to the schedule of experiment & practice of Laboratory Center according to the plan of using a laboratory(s) submitted by the relevant dean
  (2) The faculty who wants to use a laboratory(s) for the purpose of his/her research
  (3) Graduate students who was confirmed by his/her supervisor and obtained permission to use a laboratory(s) from the director of Laboratory Center
  (4) Students who was confirmed by the dean of college (or department) to which he/she belongs and obtained permission to use a laboratory(s) from the director of Laboratory Center
  (5) Researchers of other institutions who obtained permission to use a laboratory(s) from the director of Laboratory Center

 ○ 이용절차
  (1) 해당 대학장은 매 학기 개시 6주 이내에 교과목 담당교수가 작성한 소속학부(과)의 다음 학기 공동실험·실습실 이용계획서를 공동실험실습관에 제출하여야 하며, 공동실험실습관장은 실험·실습시간표를 작성하여 해당 대학(학과)의 시간표 편성 전에 통보한다.
  (2) 공동실험실습관의 실험·실습실 이용시는 사용 후 반드시 실험?실습일지에 의거 사용결과를 나타내어 강의 실적 및 공동실험실습관의 실험·실습실 활용에 대한 자료로 사용할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
  (3) 공동실험실습관의 기자재를 사용하여 실험 및 분석업무를 수행하고자 할 때는 이용 2일 전에 공동실험실습관 이용신청서에 의거 해당실 담당자에게 신청하여 관장의 허가를 받아야 한다.
  (4) 정밀고가기자재(연구기자재 포함)를 사용하여 실험 및 분석연구업무를 수행하고자 할 때는 기기 이용신청서에 의거 해당실 담당자에게 신청하여 관장의 허가를 받아야 하며, 기기 사용에 대한 사용료 및 재료비 등 실험분석 요금 납부는 별도의 규정에 따른다.
 ○ Application
  (1) The relevant dean must submit the plan of using a laboratory(s) prepared by the professor in charge to Laboratory Center less than 6 weeks prior to the start of semester. The director of Laboratory Center informs the relevant department (or college) of sends the schedule of laboratories prior to the preparation of the lesson schedule of the department (or college).
  (2) The users of a laboratory of the center must fill the results of using the laboratory in the experiment & practice daily log so that the log can be used as a material for the future use in the laboratory.
  (3) The person who wants to use equipments of Laboratory Center for his/her experiment and analysis must submit the application form of using them to the relevant person of the center to obtain permission from the director of Laboratory Center.
  (4) The person who wants to use high-priced equipments (including research equipments) of Laboratory Center for his/her experiment and analysis must submit the application form of using them to the relevant person of the center to obtain permission from the director of Laboratory Center and pay a usage fee of equipments and materials according to the additional regulation.
 
 ○ 이용시간
   (1) 공동실험실습관 실험·실습실의 이용시간은 다음과 같이 제한한다.
      - 단, 소정의 절차를 거쳐 관장의 허가를 얻으면 사용시간의 연장이 가능하다.
      - 실험·실습시간표를 작성하여 해당 대학(학과)의 시간표 편성 전에 통보한다.
   (2) 하절기(3월~10월) : 09:00~22:30
      - 단, 토요일 : 09:00~21:30
      - 하기방학중 기기 사용시간 : 09:00~17:30
   (3) 동절기(11월~2월) : 09:30~22:30
      - 단, 토요일 : 09:30~21:30
      - 동기방학중 기기 사용시간 : 09:30～16:30  
 ○ Operation Hours
   (1) Service hours of laboratories of Laboratory Center are as follows.
      - If the user duly obtains permission from the director of Laboratory Center, service hours can be extended.
      - The prepared schedule of experiment & practice of Laboratory Center is notified prior to the preparation of the lesson schedule of the relevant department (or college).
   (2) Summer (Mach- October): 09:00-22:00
      - Saturdays: 09:00-21:30
      - The use of the equipments during summer vacation: 09:00–17:30
   (3) Winter (November- February): 09:00 - 22:00
      - Saturdays: 09:00-21:30
      - The use of the equipments during winter vacation: 09:00–16:30
