  Whereas, Mr. AAA having Citizenship Certificate No. 6445/309, son of Mr. BBB, a resident of Ward No. 1, Juving V.D.C., Solukhumbu District, has submitted an application to this office, requesting for recommendation of his unmarried status; and
  Whereas, upon conducting on the spot inquiry into the concerned location about the applicant, it is learnt that the applicant Mr. AAA, is unmarried till now;
