한국어 원문 결과 : 방사선안전관리 지식수준은 교육 전 9.8 ± 3.0점, 교육 후 12.9 ± 1.9점, 태도수준 에서도 교육 전 4.28 ± 0.51점, 교육 후 4.53 ± 0.47점으로 지식과 태도 모두 유의하게 증가하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 지식과 태도수준은 성별, 연령, 월 수입 등에서 교육 전에 비해 교육 후 점수가 증가하여 유의한 모형을 나타내었다. 방사선 이용관련 특성에 따른 지식과 태도수준은 입원이나 수술경험유무, 가족 중 원자력이나 방사선 관련 종사자 여부, 의료기관 실습경험 등에서 교육 전에 비해 교육 후 점수가 증가하여 유의한 모형을 나타내었다. 학업관련 특성에 따른 지식과 태도수준에서는 학년, 성적, 방사선안전관리 교육 필요여부, 주관적 학습태도 등에서 교육 전에 비해 교육 후 점수가 증가하여 유의한 모형을 나타내었다. 결론 : 방사선안전관리 교육을 통해 연구대상자의 방사선안전관리 지식과 태도수준이 의미 있게 향상되어 방사선안전관리 교육의 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 영어 번역문 Results: The levels of knowledge of, and attitude toward, radiation safety management were significant; the level of knowledge was respectively 9.8 ± 3.0 and 12.9 ± 1.9 points before and after education and the level of attitude was 4.28 ± 0.51 and 4.53 ± 0.47 before and after the education. First, the levels of knowledge and attitude according to general characteristic showed a significant model in that for sex, age, monthly income and the like, the points of the survey after the radiation safety education were considerably higher, compared to the survey before the education. Second, the levels of knowledge and attitude by characteristic regarding the use of radiation had a significant model in that for the followings, the points of the survey after the radiation safety education were greatly higher, compared to the survey before the education: whether or not the participants were hospitalized or underwent an surgical operation, whether or not they received radiation treatment, whether or not anyone of their family does radiant ray work, whether or not they had experience of hospital practice, etc. Finally, the levels of knowledge and attitude by characteristic related to study showed a significant model in that for characteristics, such as grade, academic result, whether or not the education itself is necessary and subjective learning attitude, the points of the survey after the education considering were much higher than ones before the education. Conclusion: From the result that the radiation safety education improved the levels of the participants’ knowledge of, and attitude toward, radiation safety management, it can be drawn that the education has effects. |
