■ 수강신청 안내 Registration Guidelines
 
○ 졸업에 필요한 학점 Credits for graduation

   ㆍ신입생 : 해당학과 또는 학부 교육과정 중 필수교과목(교양ㆍ전공)은 모두 이수하여야 하며 소속 학과 또는 학부 전공과목을 2009년 신입학생까지는 70학점 이상, 2010년 신입학생부터는 75학점 이상 이수하고, 총 140학점(건축학부 5년제 건축학전공자는 160학점) 이상을 취득하면 됨.
    ㆍNew Students: A new student should complete all of compulsory courses (liberal arts and major) of the curriculum in the relevant department or school. The students who were admitted to the university till 2009 should gain over 70 credits. The students who have entered the university since 2010 should earn 75 credits or more. The new students should obtain the total 140 credits. (The new students who were admitted to 5-year Architecture Major of the School of Architecture should obtain 160 credits.)

   ㆍ편입생 : 해당학과 또는 학부의 3,4학년 교육과정 중 필수(교양 및 전공)과목을 모두 이수하고 70학점(본인 전공 35학점)이상을 취득하면 됨. 비동일계 편입생은 지정 받은 선이수 교과목을 추가로 이수하여야 함.
   ㆍTransfer Students: Transfer students should complete all of compulsory courses (liberal arts and major) of the third- and fourth-year curriculum in the relevant department or school. These students should obtain over 70 credits (including major 35 credits). The transfer student from the different department should complete the designated prerequisite courses additionally.
 
○ 최소신청학점 및 취득학점의 한계 The minimum number of credits to register and the limitation of credits obtained

   ㆍ 최소 신청학점
      ① 학기당 최소신청학점 : 주간 12학점, 야간 4학점 이상
      ② 취득학점이 114학점 이상인 자(예외) : 최소 1과목 이상 신청하여야 함.
        ※ 취득학점 적용 : 2010. 2학기까지의 취득학점 기준
        ※ 수강신청 철회 시에도 위 최소수강학점 이상을 유지하여야 함. 단, 취득학점이 114학점 이상인 자는 최소 1과목 이상만 남기고 철회 가능
   ㆍ The minimum number of credits to register
      ① The minimum number of credits to register: Day (12 credits or more) and night (4 credits or more)
      ② A student who obtained over 114 credits (exception): The relevant student should register at least over one course.
        ※ Application of obtained credits: The credits obtained till Semester 2 in 2010 is a standard of application.
        ※ When cancelling registered courses, the relevant student should maintain the above minimum number of credits or more. The student who obtained over 114 credits can leave as least one course or more and cancel the others.

   ㆍ 취득학점의 한계
      ① 학기당 최대 취득학점 : 21학점 (재수강신청학점 포함, 진로설계, 현장실습학점, 봉사활동 제외)
      ② 매 학년도 최대 취득학점 : 38학점 (재수강신청학점 포함, 계절학기, 진로설계, 현장실습, 봉사활동 제외)
      ③ 직전학기 성적 평점평균 3.75이상자 및 UNN과정 이수자 : 학기당 4학점까지 초과하여 이수할 수 있음.
   ㆍ The limitation of credits obtained
      ① The maximum number of credits to register per semester: 21 credits (credits to register for re-taking included, but credits to register for career planning, field training and volunteer activity excluded)
      ② The maximum number of credits to register per year: 38 credits (credits to register for re-taking included, but credits to register for summer & winter sessions, career planning, field training and volunteer activity excluded)
      ③ A student who obtained over average GPA 3.75 on the previous semester and completed the UNN program: The relevant student can obtain up to 4 credits per semester.

        ※ 초과학점 신청 한계
          - 1학기 : 수강신청 한계학점인 21학점을 초과하여 4학점까지 신청 가능.
          - 2학기 : 38학점에서 1학기 취득학점을 제외(21학점 초과시 21학점만 제외)한 학점을 초과하여 4학점까지 신청 가능.
        ※ The limitation of excess credit hours to register
          - Semester 1: The relevant student can exceed the limited 21 credits to register and register for more 4 credits.
          - Semester 2: The relevant student can exceed the ones excluding the credits obtained on Semester 1 in 38 credits and register for maximum 4 credits. (If the number of credits gained on Semester 1 exceeds 21, the 21 credits are excluded.)

        ※ 직전학기 성적우수로 인한 초과학점 신청은 당해 학기에만 가능하며, 계절학기나 그 다음 학기로 이월되지 않음.
        ※ The registration of excessive credit hours due to superior grades is only possible on the relevant semester, but the excessive registration does not carry forward to summer and winter sessions or to the next semester.
 
○ 졸업학점 불인정교과목 Courses which are not recognized as credits to graduation

  ㆍ 졸업시험 대체 교과목: 영어3, 영어4, 영어5, 한국어1, 한국어2
  ㆍ Courses replaced as a graduation examination: English III, IV,  and V, and Korean 1 and 2

  ㆍ 편입생이 1, 2학년 개설 과목을 이수한 경우
      (단, 3학년에 편입한 후 교과과정 개편으로 3,4학년 개설과목이 1, 2학년으로 이동되어 재수강할 경우는 인정)
     ㆍ When transfer students complete courses opened for the first- and second-year students
      (When the courses for the third- and fourth-year students are changed to the courses for the first- and second-year students, the credits obtained from these courses are recognized as ones to gradation.)
 
        ※ 저학년 교과목의 구분 - 강좌번호 10000～20000단위의 교과목
        ※ Division of courses for the lower grades - Courses of 10000-20000 Units
  ㆍ The courses as completing preferentially for the transfer student from the different department
 
○ 교과목 수강시 참고사항 Registration Information
 
 ㆍ 교과목 선수과목제 운영
      선수교과목 순위에 의하여 수강신청하여야 하며, 선수과목 미이수자는 후수과목 수강신청이 불가능함.
      (단, 학사운영상 필요한 경우에는 학과 지도교수의 확인을 얻어 수강신청서를 교무처에 제출)
  ㆍ Operation of prerequisite courses
      A student should register for courses according to the order of prerequisite courses. A student who did not complete the prerequisite courses cannot register for postrequisite courses (but, if the registration is necessary in managing academic affairs, the relevant student can submit the registration form to Office of Academic Affairs after receiving a confirmation from his/her supervisor).

  ㆍ 수준별 강좌 운영
      운영 교과목 : 영어(고급영어), 실용영어회화(고급실용영어회화), 미분적분학(고급미분적분학)
  ㆍ Operation of courses by level
      Operating courses: English (Advanced English), Practical English Conversation (Advanced Practical English Conversation), Calculus (Advanced Calculus)

        ※ 상기 교과목은 택1 교과목으로 운영되며, 중복 취득시 1교과목만 인정됨.  
        ※ The above courses are operated as Optional 1; so, if the relevant student completes two of them, only one is acknowledged.
 
  ㆍ 외국어(영어)전용 강좌 개설 안내
      우리대학교 학생의 외국어 구사능력 제고와 외국어 학습능력 향상을 위하여 외국어(영어)전용 강좌를 개설ㆍ운영 중이니 수강신청 시 참고하시기 바람
  ㆍ Opening of exclusive foreign language (English) courses
      SEOUL TECH opens courses given in a foreign language (English) to raise the students’ proficiency in foreign language and their learning ability of foreign language. Please, refer to this when registering for courses.
 
       * 영어전용 강좌 : 영어로만 강의를 진행하며, 시간표상에“영어전용”으로 표시됨.
       * English Exclusive Courses: These courses are given in English. They are indicated as “English Exclusive” on the course schedule.
 
  ㆍ 교육실습(교직) 교과목 수강안내
      교직과목으로 개설되는 교육실습 교과 : 교직과정 이수예정자 외 일반학생 수강 불허
  ㆍ Teaching Training Program
      Courses opened as teaching training program: Only general students, other than students who are expected to complete a teaching training program, cannot register for the relevant courses.
 
  ㆍ 교양교과 졸업시험에 따른 수강신청 유의사항
  ㆍ Matters to be attended to according to a graduation examination on courses of liberal arts

“PASS” or “FAIL” is decided according to screening criteria of each department.

※ 2006학년도 이후 입학자 중 전일제 학생은 TOEIC(본 대학교 어학원 시행 졸업인증 모의TOEIC 포함), TOEFL, TEPS 등의 외국어 시험 중 하나를 반드시 취득하여야 하며, 정시제 학생은 TOEIC(본 대학교 어학원 시행 졸업인증 모의TOEIC 포함), TOEFL, TEPS 등의 외국어시험 중 하나를 취득하거나 영어Ⅲ․Ⅳ․Ⅴ 등의 교과목 이수로 대체할 수 있다. 단, 전일제 학생 중 실업계고교 출신자는 학부(과)장이 승인한 경우 영어Ⅲ․Ⅳ․Ⅴ 등의 교과목 이수로 대체할 수 있으며, 수료생은 수료 후 해당 입학년도에 지정된 영어 Ⅲ·Ⅳ·Ⅴ 등의 교과목 이수로 대체할 수 있다.
※ A full-time student who has been admitted to the university since 2006 should pass one of foreign language examinations such as TOEIC (SEOUL TECH graduation accreditation trial TOEIC), TOEFL, and TEPS.  A student of regular system should pass one of foreign language examinations such as TOEIC (SEOUL TECH graduation accreditation trial TOEIC), TOEFL, and TEPS or replace the examination to the completion of courses of English III, IV, and V. A full-time student who graduated from a commercial or technical high school can replace foreign language examinations such as TOEIC (SEOUL TECH graduation accreditation trial TOEIC), TOEFL, and TEPS to the completion of courses of English III, IV, and V by an approval of the dean of his/her department or school. A student who completed the courses can replace the examination to the completion of courses of English III, IV, and V  designated in the relevant academic year.

 ※ 졸업시험(교양교과) 대체교과목인 영어3,영어4,영어5,한국어1,한국어2 이수학점은 졸업학점 불인정.
 ※ The replacement examination (courses of liberal arts) of graduation (e.g. English III, IV and V and Korean 1 and 2) are not acknowledged as credits to graduation.

○ 부전공 및 복수전공 이수 Completion of minor major and dual major

   ㆍ 이수자격 : 35학점이상 취득자(복수전공자는 학업성적 평점평균이 3.0이상인 자)
   ㆍ Qualification: A student who obtained 35 credits more or (A student with dual majors should obtain average GPA 3.0 more or.)

   ㆍ 이수신청서 제출 : 소정 기일 내에 복수(부)전공학과에 제출
   ㆍ Application: The relevant student should submit an Application Form to the department of dual (or minor) major within the required period.
 
   ㆍ 이수학점
       - 복수전공 : 2009학년도까지 허가자 : 35학점
                         2010학년도부터 허가자 : 42학점 (지정된 ‘필수과목’은 모두 이수해야 함)
                         * 2010학년도 2학기 허가자 중 경영학과 신․편입생은 45학점
       - 부전공 : 지정 과목 중 21학점 이상 이수
   ㆍ Credits to be completed
       - Dual major: A student approved till 2009: 35 credits
                           A student  approved since 2010: 42 credits (All of the designated ‘compulsory courses’ should be completed.)
                         * Among students who received an approval on Semester 2 in Academic Year 2010, a student who is admitted or transferred to the Department of Public Administration should gain 45 credits.
       - Minor major: The relevant student should complete 21 credit hours among the designated courses.
 
   ㆍ 학기당 취득학점 : 매 학기 9학점까지 (복수전공자의 경우 제한이 없음).
   ㆍ Credits to be completed per semester: Up to 9 credits per semester (A student with a dual major has no limitation.)

   ㆍ 이수연한 : 본인 전공학과 졸업 때 까지 임 (복수전공자의 경우 복수전공 학점을 취득할 때 까지)
   ㆍ Duration of completion: Up to the relevant student’s graduation from the department of major (Till a student with dual majors completes all the credits of dual majors.)
 
○ 타 대학과의 학점교류 Cross registration system with other universities

   ㆍ 학기당 6학점까지 가능.
   ㆍ Up to 6 credits per semester

   ㆍ 소정 기일 내에 타 대학
       (경희대학교, 고려대학교, 광운대학교, 공주대학교, 국민대학교, 단국대학교, 대진대학교, 명지대학교, 목포대학교, 삼육대학교, 서울시립대학교, 서울여자대학교, 순천대학교, 숭실대학교, 연세대학교, 한국항공대학교, 한성대학교, 홍익대학교) 교육과정(수업시간표)을 첨부하여 수강교과목 목록을 소정서식에 작성하여 소속 학과에 제출
   ㆍ Within the required period, the student in question should submit an Application Form to his/her department, by  attaching the relevant course(s) (the time schedule) opened by other universities (e.g. Dankook University, Hansung University, Kangwon University, Kookmin University, Korea Aerospace University, Korea University, Kwangwoon University, Kyunghee University, Mokpo National University, Myongji University, Sahmyook University, Seoul National University of Technology, Seoul Women’s University, Soongsil University, Sunchon National University, University of Seoul, and Yonsei University).
 
○ 타 학부 및 학과 전공교과목 이수 Completion of courses of major opened by the other school and department

  ㆍ학기당 9학점까지 인정(복수전공자 및 UNN학위과정이수자는 제외)
  ㆍAcknowledged up 9 credits per semester (students with dual majors and students who completed the UNN Program)

  ㆍ단, 2003학년도 이후 입학생부터는 학기당 주간은 9학점, 야간은 3학점까지 인정함
  ㆍThe number of acknowledged credits of new students who have been admitted to the university  since Academic Year 2003 is less than 9 (Day) and  less than 3 (Night).
 
○ 주․야간 학습구분 변경 (입학 당시 학적은 그대로 유지함) Change of division of Day and Night (The register of  admission into the university is maintained.)

  ㆍ신청기간 및 방법 : 소정기일내에 학과(부)에서 신청서를 받아 지도교수와 학부장 또는 학과장에게 제출
  ㆍApplication: The relevant student receives an Application Form from his/her department (or school) and submits it to his/her supervisor and the dean of his/her department and school, within the required period.

  ㆍ전체교과목변경 : 재학 중 1회 가능하며, 신규취업, 직장근무시간변경, 교육과정 운영상 필요한 경우로 학부장 또는 학과장이
                             인정한 자로서 재직증명서 등 관련서류 제출
                             (2003학년도 입학생부터 주간학생이 학습구분 변경코자 하는 경우 소정기일내에 신청)  
  ㆍChange of the whole courses: A student can change the whole courses once while at college. A student can be approved by the dean of his/her department or school in cases of need (e.g. new employment, change of work hours, curriculum, etc.). The relevant student should submit the related documents (e.g. proof of employment).
    (A full-time student who has been admitted to the university since Academic Year 2003 should apply for the change with a required period in case of course division.)
 
   ㆍ일부교과목변경 : 9학점 범위 내에서 학과장이 허가할 수 있으며 변경횟수 제한 없음.
                             (2003학년도 입학생부터는 학습구분 변경 불가)
ㆍChange of some courses: Within 9 credits, some courses can be changed by an approval of the dean of his/her department. The time of changes is not restricted.
    (The course division of new students who have been admitted to the university since Academic Year 2003 cannot be changed.)
 
○ 재수강 교과목의 수강신청 Registration of re-taking courses 

  ㆍ수강신청방법 : 수강신청 시“재수강”란 표기, 기 취득성적은 수업일수 3/4선 이후 삭제.
   ㆍMethod: A student should write “Re-taking” on the Registration Form. The obtained credits are deleted after three-fourths of the number of school days.

  ㆍ필수교과목을 낙제(F학점)한 경우에는 반드시 재수강하여 학점을 취득하여야 함.
  ㆍIf a student fails a compulsory course (F), he/she must obtain the credit(s) by re-taking the course.
 
 
 
○ 동일 교과목 지정현황 : 중복 취득 시 1개 교과목만 졸업학점에 인정됨. Present situation of designated same courses: When the relevant student obtains over two courses of the followings , only one course is acknowledged as the credit to graduation.

ㆍ전공교과목 : 해당 학과, 학부에서 교육과정 개편 시 동일교과목 지정, 학과,학부에 문의한 후 수강신청.
ㆍCourses of major: The same courses are designated when the relevant department or school changes a curriculum. The relevant student registers for courses after inquiring of his/her department or school about the registration.

  ㆍ신교육과정 적용. 복학생은 소속 학과,학부에서 동일 및 유사과목 지정현황을 문의하여 교과중복, 필수과목 누락 등이 발생하지 않도록 하여야 함.
  ㆍApplication of new curriculum. A student returning after a leave of absence should be careful not to overlap courses and to omit required courses by inquiring his/her department or school about the present situation of designation of same and similar course.

  ㆍ필수 교과목의 이수 의무는 입학 ~ 졸업년도 교육과정 중 공통(계속) 필수인 교과목에 적용되며, 재입학생은 재입학시의 취득학점을 기준으로 학년학기를 결정하여 필수의무 적용.(폐지된 교과목 중 동일교과목이 지정된 경우, 필수의무 적용) 
  ㆍThe duty of completion of compulsory courses is applied to common (continuing) compulsory courses during the curriculum of entrance to graduation. The duty is applied to readmitted students, by deciding academic year and semester on the basis of credits obtained when the relevant students were readmitted to the university. (If some of abolished courses are designated as same course, the duty is applied to it.)

○ 기타사항 Others

  ㆍ 수강신청은 학생 본인이 입력한 교과목이 수강 및 성적 처리 자료가 되므로 입력착오로 인한 불이익이나 개강 후 수업에 차질이 없도록 반드시 수강신청 사항을 확인하시기 바람.
  ㆍ Courses entered by the relevant student are used as data for the process of registration and academic results. So, the relevant student must confirm the registration not to suffer from disadvantages due to input error or to run into a problem in lectures.

  ㆍ 강의실 수용인원을 고려하여 강좌별 수강인원이 제한되며 인원 초과 시 입력되지 않으니 다른 강좌나 다른 과목으로 신청하시기 바람.
  ㆍ In view of a seating capacity of a lecture room, the number of students is restricted. If the number exceeds the capacity, the student in question cannot enter the relevant course. So, please register for other course.
