영어 개인ㆍ그룹 과외 삼보생활죽염 Sambo Living Bamboo Salt 삼보생활죽염은 무형문화재 제23호 죽염제조장 효산스님의 전수 지도로 서해안 천일염을 대나무통속에 넣어 소나무 장작불로(약850 ) 황토가마에서 한번 구워낸 죽염으로 신선도가 좋은 알카리성미네랄 식용죽염입니다. Sambo Living Purple Bamboo Salt is manufactured by inheriting the way of making bamboo salt from Buddhist Monk Hyosan, Intangible Cultural Treasure No. 23 (i.e. a master of making bamboo salt). We put sea salt collected from the West Coast into a bamboo container. Then, we bake the container with firewood from a pine tree (at approximately 850 °C) once again in a red clay kin. The baked salt is an alkali-mineral edible bamboo salt which is very fresh. |
