3. Clinical History
To evaluate the accomplishment of intended purpose of the External Fixation System, a clinical history which including the number of operations and complaints during 5.5 years were established. Below Table 2 shows that total 11,837 operations were performed by surgeon during this period and average of 99.97 % of that cases were satisfied with aspects of safety and performance of the External Fixation System and there were no serious infections, allergy reactions or other fatal faults of the device.
