한국어 원문 4. 안경 착용 학생들 중 남학생 81.2%, 여학생 61.2%가 체육수업 시에도 안경을 착용하였으며(p<0.05). 체육수업 시에 안경으로 인한 상해 경험은 남녀 각각 25.9%, 18.4%가 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 체육수업 시 안경을 착용하지 않는 이유에서는 남녀 모두 37.5%가 활동에 지장이 없어서 착용하지 않는다 하였으며, 불편해서 착용하지 않는 경우는 남녀 각각 25.0%와 32.5%이었으며 불안하고 위험해서 착용하지 않는다는 남 37.5%, 여 15.0%로 나타났다. 6. 상해원인으로는 대부분 부주의와 안경 그리고 타인과의 충돌을 원인으로 답하였으며 남녀 간 유의한 차이는 없었다. 상해 장소로는 남학생이 대부분 운동장에서 상해를 입었다고 답한 반면 여학생은 운동장 52.6%, 체육관 36.8%로 차이를 나타내었다 (p<0.05). 상해를 입은 시간에 있어서는 오전수업 중이 남학생 54.5%, 63.2%를 각각 차지하였으며 상해시기로는 남학생이 여학생에 비하여 상해시기가 골고루 분산되어 나타나는 것을 알 수 있다. 이상의 특성의 분석 결과를 토대로 학생을 지도, 관리하는 일선 학교와 가정은 물론 안경 관련 산업체 전공자들이 남/여 고등학생 안경 착용자들의 특성 차이와 상해 관련 특성 양상 등을 통하여 직/간접적인 사고 방지에 대한 대책과 세밀한 관심 등 국민 보건 향상과 관련 산업의 발전이 이루어지도록 노력하여야 할 것이며, 본 연구 결과는 관련 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있는 것으로 사료된다. 영어 번역문 4. Survey questions on the physical education class show that males students (81.2%) and female students (61.2%) put on eyeglasses in the class (p<0.05) and that male students (25.9%) and female students (18.4%) experienced injuries caused by wearing eyeglasses in the class. 5. The survey questions suggest three reasons for not wearing eyeglasses in the physical education class. The first one is that students do not have difficulty in activities although not putting on eyeglasses in the class (male students 37.5% and female students 37.5%). The second one is inconvenience of wearing eyeglasses (male students 25.0% and female students 32.5%). The third one is the feeling of anxiety and danger (male students 37.5% and female students 15.0%). 6. The survey questions on injuries show the followings. First, most of the cause of injuries are carelessness and the collision between eyeglasses and other person, and there is no significant difference between male and female students. Second, most of male students are injured in the schoolyard, but female students are injured in the schoolyard (52.6%) and in the gymnasium (36.8%).(p<0.05) This means that there is difference of place of injuries according to sex. Third, the proportion of male and female students who are injured in the morning class to the total time of injuries is 54.5% and 63.2%, respectively. Finally, the proportions of male students who are injured in each period to the total period is evenly distributed contrary to female students. In conclusion, the above outcomes suggest that schools, families and optometrists exert all possible efforts to develop a national health and its related industries such as direct and indirect measures for preventing accidents and their conscientious interest through the difference of characteristics of male and female school students who wear eyeglasses and the aspects of relevant characteristics. Therefore, the outcomes of this research will be used as preliminary data for the relevant field. |
