Features and principles of hospital accounting management 의료서비스 제공과 회계간의 관계 모형 Model of relations between medical service provision and accounting 의료서비스 제공을 위해 투입되는 인력, 시설, 물자, 자금 등의 생산 제 요소는 인건비, 재료비, 관리비 등 의료비용을 발생시키며, 이는 환자에게 부과되는 진료비를 통해 다시 의료 수익으로 회수되어 생산 제 요소에 투입된다. 이러한 과정의 반복을 통해서 병원의 진료 기능 수행이 가능해지며 이 과정에서 발생하는 거래를 회계적으로 처리하여 종합하면 그 결과가 재무제표로 나타나게 된다. All production factors (e.g. manpower, facilities, commodities, funds, etc.) cause medical expenses such as personnel expenses, the cost of materials, and maintenance cost. The medical expenses are recouped through hospital expenses paid by patients and then go into all production factors again. This repeated processes enable hospital to treat patients. The accounting treatment for the process is shown as financial statements. 회계의 일반 원칙 General principles of accounting -신뢰성 - Reliability -명료성 - Clearness -충분성 - Sufficiency -계속성 - Continuity -중요성 - Importance -안전성 - Safety 대차대조표 Balance sheet 대차대조표는 일정 시점에서 현재 병원의 재무 상태를 나타내 준다. 회계 주체의 자산· 부채· 기본 재산의 상태를 표시하는 회계보고서로 차변에는 자산 항목, 대변에는 부채와 기본재산 항목을 표시하며 그 합계액은 항상 일치해야 한다. A balance sheet shows the present's financial state of hospital at a certain time. Accounting stands for an accounting report which represents states of the accounting agent's assets, debts and basic property. The credit side represents articles of debts and basic property, whereas the debit side indicates an article of assets. The total of both articles must equal to each other. 손익계산서 Profit and loss statement 손익계산서는 일정 기간 동안의 경영성과를 파악하기 위한 회계보고서로, 중요한 재무제표 중의 하나이다. 차변에는 비용 항목, 대변에는 수익 항목으로 구성되어 있으며 대차대조표와 마찬가지로 합계가 일치해야 한다. 일반적으로 수익이 비용보다 많으면 이익이 발생하게 되고, 비용이 수익보다 많으면 손실이 발생하게 된다. The profit and loss statement refers to an accounting report for understanding the results of management for a certain period of time. It is one of the important financial statements. It consists of an article of expenses in the debt side and an article of profits in credit side. Like a balance sheet, the total amount of both sides must be identical to each other. When profits are larger than expenses, earings occur. However, a loss occurs when expenses are more than profits. |
