[한국어 원문] 수중운동이 발달장애아동의 좌-우 골반기울기 변화 및 협응력에 미치는 영향 본 연구의 목적은 24주간의 수중운동을 통하여 발달장애아동의 골반의 좌․우 기울기 변화 및 협응력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이며 발달장애아동에게 수중운동의 효과에 대하여 알아보는데 있다. 연구의 대상자는 경계선급 발달장애 진단을 받은 10~13세 초등학생 남자 30명으로서 실험집단(15명)과 통제집단(15명)으로 나누어 골반기울기 변화 및 협응력에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이 연구에서의 골반기울기 검사 도구에는 3차원 영상 척추 진단기인 Formetric-Ⅲ를 사용하였으며, 협응력 검사 도구는 유아․아동의 신체협응력 테스트 도구인 KTK(Körperkoordinationstest für Kinder)를 사용하였다. 측정된 자료를 연구목적에 따라 분석하기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단의 집단간의 차이는 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated measured ANOVA)을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은=.05로 설정하였다. 분석결과 수중운동 프로그램은 골반기울기 변화 향상에 효과가 있었으며 협응력 향상에는 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 즉, 수중운동은 척추의 올바른 체형교정을 위한 골반기울기 향상에 효과를 보였으며, 몸 전체를 신속하고 능률적으로 조정하고 통제할 수 있는 협응력 향상에도 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 그러므로 본 연구는 수중운동 프로그램을 통하여 발달장애아동의 체형교정 및 운동기능 향상을 위한 운동프로그램의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. [영어 번역문] An Affect of Aqua Excercise on the Change of Left and Right Pelvis Tilts and the Coordination of Developmental Disorder Children The purposes of this research is twofold. One is to examine the affect of a 24-hour aqua exercise on the change of left and right pelvis tilts and the coordination of developmental disorder children. The other is to explore the effect of aqua exercise on development disorder children. The subjects of this research are thirteen 10- to 13-year male elementary school students diagnosed as boundary rate of developmental disorder. It divides these subjects into experimental group (15 persons) and control group (15 persons) and investigates an effect on the change of pelvis tilts and the coordination. It adopts 'Formetric-Ⅲ', 3-D analysis system, and 'KTK' (Körperkoordinationstest für Kinder), body coordination test system for infants and children, as test tools of pelvis tilt and coordination, respectively. In order to analyze data by research purpose, it analyzes the difference between experimental and control groups by using repeated measured ANOVA and sets statistical significance to =.05. The above analysis shows that the aqua exercise has a positive effect not only on the change of pelvis tilt but also on coordination. That is to say, the aqua exercise is effective for improved pelvis tilt to correct bad spines and for improved coordination to quickly and efficiently control the whole body. Therefore, this research will lay the foundation for exercise programs to correct the bad body type, and to improve movement function, of developmental disorder children, by introducing aqua exercise. |
