우슈 등공파련 540°동작의 운동학적 분석
 
1. 우슈는 중국의 고유무술로서 현 시대에 스포츠화되어 전세계에 널리 보급되고 있다.
우슈경기는 크게 표연(表演)인 투로 종목과 산수(散手)인 대련 종목으로 나누어지며 이 연구에서는 투로종목에서 경기력에 중요한 요소인 난이도에서 등공 동작중 등공파련 540° 동작을 3차원 영상 기법을 이용하여 운동학적 변인들에 대한 정량적 분석을 통한 우슈 경기의 기술 체계를 과학적으로 분석 하고자 한다. 또한 투로 선수들의 경기력 향상과 난이도 동작의 성공률을 높이는데 도움을 주며 체계적인 지도방안을 제시할 수 있도록 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다.
 
2. 이 연구의 대상은 운동경력이 10년 이상으로 등공파련 540° 기술동작을 충분히 수행할 수 있는 전국체육대회 3위 이내의 우수한 선수 3명을 선정하였다.
  이 연구는 3대의 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 실험동작 진행방향을 기준으로 카메라 1은 정면, 2와 3은 좌?우측전방 45°에 설치하였으며, 촬영속도는 120 frames/sec, 셔터 스피드는 1/250sec로 하였다. 대상자는 동작 수행하는 전후 방향을  Y축, 상하 방향을 Z축 좌우 방향을 X축으로 설정하였다.
  APAS(Ariel Performance Anal-ysis System, USA)의 Dig-4 프로그램을 이용하였고 DLT(DirectLinear Transformation)기법을 이용한 산출과 오차를 제거하기 위해 스무딩(Smooth-ing)을 실시하였다. 차단 주파수(cut-off fre-quency)는 10.0Hz로 하였다.
 
3. 소요시간
Event별 평균 소요시간은 E2가 0.73sec, E3 1.24
sec, E4 1.43sec, E5 1.82sec로 나타났다. E2까지는 발구름 구간으로 A와 B순으로 가장빠른 소요시간을 나타냈고 C는 도움닫기 시기에 체중을 운동진행 방향으로 빠르게 이동시키지 못한 것으로 사료된다. E4까지는 최고의 정점에서 파련각을 차는 구간으로 A가 가장 빠른 소요시간을 나타냈으며 이는 E2~E3 구간에서 수직도약을 하기위해 큰 스윙동작의 도움닫기로 수직상승한 것으로 보이며 E4~E5 구간은 540° 회전하는 구간으로 A가 0.54sec로 가장 길게 나타났다. 이는 높은 도약으로 체공시간을 길게하여 최고정점에서 완전한 동작을 취하고 여유있게 착지한 것으로 판단된다.

Kinematic Analysis on the 540° Motion of Deung-Kong-Pha-Lyen in Wushu
 
1. Wushu a world-wide sport originated from traditional Chinese martial arts.
Wushu is divided into two competitions: 'taolu' (forms) and 'sanda' (sparring). This research focuses on the degree of difficulty of the 'taolu' competition. The purposes of this research are threefold. The first one is to explore scientifically a system of technique of the Wushu sport. The second one is to suggest a strategy for developing the ability of the 'taolu' competition players and raising the ratio of success of their performance. The third one is to provide a systematic methodology for training of Wushu. To achieve these purposes, this research makes a quantitative analysis on kinematic factors of the 540°motion of Deung-Kong-Pha-Lyen in the 'taolu' competition by using the three-dimensional image technology.
 
2. This research adopts as a scope three subjects with a ten-sport-player-career. They won a prize in national competitions and are eligible to successfully perform the 540°motion of Deung-Kong-Pha-Lyen.
  This research utilized three digital cameras; cameras 1 to 3 are respectively installed in front, at an angle of 45 degrees of the left, and at an angle of 45 degrees of the left, on the basis of the direction of proceed motion.  The crank speed is set up as frames/sec, and the speed of shutter as 1/250sec. Values of Fx, Fy, and Fz stands for values of front and rear, values of  upper and lower, and values of left and right, based on the direction of proceed motion.
 Utilized is The Dig-4 Porgram of APAS (Ariel Performance Analysis System, USA). Smoothing was conducted to eliminate outcomes and errors from the DLT (DirectLinear Transformation) technique. The cut-off frequency is set up as 10.0Hz.
 
3. Time required
In the average of the time required, E2, E3, E4, and E5 are 0.73sec, 1.24 sec, 1.43sec, and 1.82sec, respectively. E2 refers to the section of stamping feet and it indicates the quick time required in the order of A to C. It is inferred from this that at the time of approach run the weight is not quickly moved to the direction of  proceed motion. E4 stands for the section of kicking Pha-Lyen-Kak and A represents the quickest time required in this section.
