예비군안내 Reserve Regiment

○ 예비군 편성(향군법 3조의 2항)
 ㆍ 예비군은 거주지 또는 직장 단위로 지역/직장 예비군 편성
 ㆍ 대학 총ㆍ학장은 지방 병무청이 시달한 편성 계획에 의거 편성
  ※ 대학 직장 예비군에 직권 편성 
○ Organization of the reserve forces (Article 3, Section 2 of Veteran Act)
 ㆍ The workplace and regional reserve forces are organized as the unit of residence and workplace, respectively.
 ㆍ The president of university or the dean of college organizes the reserve forces in accordance with the plan instructed by the local military manpower administration.

○ 편성대상 
 ㆍ 현역ㆍ상근예비역의 복무를 마친 예비역, 공익근무요원ㆍ전문연구위원ㆍ산업기능요원 등 보충역의 병의 복무를 마친 날의 다음날부터 8년이 되는  날이 속하는 해의 12월 31일까지의 예비역 및 보충역의 병

 ㆍ 대학생 신분(입학,편입,복학 등)이전 거주지 지역 동대에서 1,2차 보충훈련(기본훈련제외) 무단불참 후 학생 신분 전환 시는 미이수 훈련 대학에서 추가부여 실시
    - “예” 지역 예비군 중대에서 동미참 1차 보충훈련 무단 불참(24H)후 복학 시
       (미수시간 24시간 + 학생신분 방침보류 8시간 = 32시간)
ㆍ If the relevant person who, without permission, did not participate in the first and second supplementary trainings (excluding a basic training) conducted by the regional reserve forces at the residential district  is admitted into, transfers to, or is readmitted into the University, he must receive an additional training from the relevant university & workplace reserve forces.
    - If the person who, without permission, did not participate in the first supplementary training (24 hours) due to not joining the mobilization training conducted by the local reserve company is readmitted into the University, he  must receive an additional training (non-completed 24 hours + student holding time 8 hours = 32 hours) from the relevant university & workplace reserve forces.

교관에 반항하는 자 A person who defies his instructor
주민등록 말소자 A person whose resident registration was erased
주민의 소개ㆍ피난, 또는 교통ㆍ조명ㆍ출입의 제한명령, 재한제거 명령 위반자 A person who violates the following orders: (1) resident evacuation, (2) limitation of traffic, lighting and access, and (3) limitation clearance
1년이하의 징역, 200만원 이하의 벌금, 구류 또는 과료 Imprisoned for a maximum of one year, fined maximum 2 million won, confinement, or fine
향토예비군설치법 제 15조 9항 Article 15, Section 9 of the Establishment of the Homeland Reserve Forces
소집통지서 전달의무자가 의무 불이행 Failure in duty of the person in charge of delivering a written muster notice
소집통지서 지연전달 및 파ㆍ훼손시킨 자(제6조 23항) A person who delayed the delivery of a written muster notice or damaged the notice (Article 6, Section 23)
소집통지서를 수령할 의무가 있는 자 가 수령거부 A person binding on receiving a written muster notice  refuses to obtain the notice.
6월이하의 징역 또는 100 만원 이하의 벌금 Imprisoned for a maximum of 6 months, or fiend maximum 1 million won
향토예비군설치법 제 15조 10항 Article 15, Section 10 of the Establishment of the Homeland Reserve Forces
동원 또는 교육연기서 허위 조작자 (제5조 3항) A person who untruthfully fabricates the written reason for postponing a mobilization training and other trainings (Article 5, Section 3)
3월이하의 징역 또는 50만원 이하의 벌금이나 구류 Imprisoned for a maximum of 3 months, fined maximum 5 hundred thousand won, or confinement
 
○ 예비군 대원 신고(군복무 필한 자)
  ㆍ우리대학 종합정보시스템에 예비군관리를 통해 예비군신고를 하거나, 예비군연대의 지정양식에 의거 작성 제출
  ㆍ 빈 공간 상세히 기록
  ㆍ 대학생 신분 전환 시 즉시 예비군 대원 신고 개인 불이익 방지

○ Registration of Reserve (A person who completed his military service)
  ㆍTo register the Reserve through the Reserve Management of the comprehensive information system of the University or submit a Application according to the style specified by the reserve regiment.

  ㆍ The admitted, transfer or readmitted student should protect their disadvantage by registering the university and workplace reserve forces instantly after joining the University.
