고추장 비빔소스 비빔밥용 : 밥 적당량, 야채(상추,콩나물,고사리, 등 본인의 기호식품) 적당량, 에 비빔소스를 약 2 큰술 정도 넣고 섞어서 드세요.
Gochujang Bibim Sauce for bibimbap: Put approximately two spoons of bibim sauce to a suitable amount of rice and vegetables (e.g. lettuce, bean sprouts, or bracken selected according to your preference) and mix them to eat.

본인의 기호에 따라 계란 Egg프라이 등을 넣어도 좋습니다.
You may put fried egg in them according to your preference.

Dressing Sauce for Vegetables, Fruits and Others / How to Keep: After opening the cover, keep the product refrigerated.

돼지 불고기 소스 돼지고기 600g, 돼지불고기 소스 145g (약 반병), 양파,대파,버섯을 넣고 믹스 한 다음 2~3 시간 경과 후 불판에 구워 드세요. / 보관방법 : 개봉 후 냉장보관
Fork Bulgogi Sauce. Mix fork 600 g, fork bulgogi sauce 145 g (approximately half of bottle), onion, green onion and mushroom. Roast pork over a hot grill 2 to 3 hours later. / How to Keep: After opening the cover, keep the product refrigerated.

고추장 바베큐 소스 바베큐를 먹기좋게 절단 후 적당량의 소스를 뿌려 드시면 됩니다.
Gochujang Barbecue Sauce. Cut barbecue into bite-size pieces and sprinkle a suitable amount of sauce over the barbecue.

Moon Jeong-Huy Grandmother Gochujang is high in glutinous rice; so, Saccharification speed is slow and it is greatly delicious. Because we use high-quality chili dried properly in the sun and mature it more than one year, the color and taste of this product is excellent.

메주 곰팡이의 생육이 활발한 가을철에 메주를 띄워 당화 속도가 느려 신맛 이 적고 방부제, 색소, 화학조미료 등을 전혀 첨가하지 않아 안심하고 드실 수 있습니다.
We ferment boiled soybean lumps in autumn when the growth and development of Aspergillus oryzae are active. This fermentation makes this product less sour. The product does not contain preservatives, colors and synthetic seasonings at all. You can eat it with an easy mind.

Moon Jeong-Huy Grandmother Gochujang, which shines as No. 1 of Sunchang Traditional Gochujang Technique Certificate, is famous as a representative master artisan family which has inherited the manufacturing technique of Sunchang red pepper paste for 7 generations.

할머니의 재래식 전통방법을 전수받은 며느리 신혜란 선생님과 할머님의 손자까지 7대를 이어가고 있습니다.
Jeong-Huy Moon’s daughter-in-law Hyey-Ran Shin, who inherited the Grandmother’s home-made method, and her grandsons have made Sunchang red pepper paste for 7 generations.

지난 1987년 전통고추장 Red Pepper Paste품평회 1위로 유명세를 타기 시작한 문정희할머니고추장은 다른 제품에 비해 농도가 짙고, 되게 만들어져 특색 있는 맛을 자랑합니다.
Moon Jeong-Huy Grandmother Gochujang became famous for the first prize in the 1987 Traditional Red Pepper Paste Fair. Compared to other products, it is in higher concentration and stiffer. It boasts of its unique flavor.

10월에서 이듬해 3월 사이 추운 겨울에 담그기 때문에 맛이 부드럽고 매콤하며 당화 속도가 느려 신맛이 없으며 예전 순창고추장 Red Pepper Paste의 단점이었던 짠맛을 없앴습니다.
Because we make red pepper paste in cold winter (i.e. October to March of the following year), the paste tastes smooth and spicy. Saccharification speed is slow, so it does not taste sour. We removed a salty taste, a weakness of the previous Sunchang Gochujang.

또한 방부제를 사용하지 않으며 선조들로부터 전해 내려온 전통방식으로 만드는 것도 특징입니다.
In addition, we do not use preservatives. It is one of our characteristics to make red pepper paste by the traditional method which has come down to us from our ancestors.

재래식 된장과 분리하여 만든 간장제품과 7개월-1년간 숙성시킨 된장 제품등도 모두 전통방식으로 생산하고 있습니다.
We are producing both soy sauce products made by separating from conventional soybean paste and soy bean paste products matured between 7 months and 1 year, by the traditional method.
