○ 전과 자격
    신입학 학생으로 2학년(35학점～69학점), 3학년(70학점～104학점)
○ Qualification for Transfer
     Enrolled second- and third-year students who obtained 35-69 and 70-104 credits, respectively

○ 전(부)과 절차 
    ①  전(부)과 신청 시기는 2학년 또는 3학년에 해당하는 학점 취득후 매 학기 개시 40일 전에 지도교수, 학부(과)장 및 전과희망 학부(과)장 승인 후 소정의 서류를 구비하여 교무처 학생민원센터에 제출
    ② 구비서류
       - 전부․전과 허가원 1부.
       - 전부․전과 사유서 1부.
       - 서약서 (휴학생에 한함) 
    ③ 전과 시기 : 매년 1월초 7월초
○ Procedures of Transfer to Department or School in SEOUL TECH
    ①  A student who wishes to transfer to other department or school in SEOUL TECH submits a Permission for Transfer Form together with the relevant documents to Student Counsel & Service Team of Office of Academic Affairs 40 days prior to the first day of each semester for approval by his/her present supervisor the dean of his/her department or school and by the dean of the department or school to transfer, after gaining the credits of the second- or third-year.
    ②  Documents to be submitted
       - A Permission for Transfer Form
       - A copy of Reason for Transfer
       - A copy of written pledge (only students on a leave of absence)
    ③ Transfer period: every early January or July

○ 전(부)과 허가
    제출된 소정의 구비서류는 학과별 심의기준에 따라 학과 성적평가 관리위원회 심의 후 총장이 허가
○ Permission of Transfer
    The document submitted are reviewed the academic evaluation and management committee of the relevant department based on the university regulations on transfer and approved by the President.

○ 전과 학점인정
    이미 이수한 학점은 전과한 학과의 교육과정에 따라 사정하며, 교양  및 전공학점으로 인정하고 나머지 학점은 (F학점 포함)
    졸업소요 학점으로 인정하여 사정한다.
○ Credit Evaluation for Transferred Students
    The credits gained by the relevant student are inspected according to the curriculum of the transferred department. In principle, the credit hours and the GPA (including Fs) of courses of major and liberal arts are accepted at full value.

○ 기타주요사항
    ① 재입학생 및 편입생은 전과 할 수 없다.
    ② 전과 허용횟수 : 재학 중 1회에 한한다.
    ③ 전과한 자는 전과한 학과의 해당학년 교육과정을 따라 교과목을 이수한다.
○ Other Essential Particulars
    ① The readmitted students and students transferred from the other university cannot transfer to the other department or school in SEOUL TECH.
    ② Permitted Number of Transfer: The enrolled student can transfer to the other department or school only once.
    ③ The transferred student completes courses according to the curriculum of the relevant student year in the transferred department.

○ 전과 허용인원 및 허용범위
    학적에 관한 시행세칙 제28조(전부․전과허가)에 근거하여 당해 학년도 모집단위별 학부 및 학과정원의 20% 범위 내에서 허용
○ Restrictions on Transfer
The number of transferred students to be admitted is permitted within 20% of the fixed number of students of the department or school by recruit unit of the relevant academic year, in accordance with Article 28 of Detailed Enforcement Regulations on the University Registration (Transfer to Department or School in SEOUL TECH).
