간장게장은 장이 꽉 차고 살이 단단한 암꽃게만을 엄선하여 흐르는 찬물에 급속 냉각시켜 장국을 꽃게에 붓는 과정을 3일간 세 번 반복하여 절여놓습니다.
We used hand-picked female blue crabs whose meat is firm as main ingredients for Soy-Sauce-Reasoned Raw Crab, filled with say sauce. We conduct the process (i.e. pouring say sauce into blue crabs cooled rapidly by the running cold water) three times repeatedly for 3 days.

따라서 비린내가 없고, 짜지도 떫지도 않으며 주황색 장과 우윳빛 속살을 그대로 유지합니다.
So, this product does not smell fishy. It is not salty and sour. It keeps orange say sauce and milky flesh for a long time.

또한 깔끔하고 정갈하여 입맛을 잃은 노약자나 임산부, 어린이의 성장 발육에 좋은 고단백 식품으로서 간장게장의 참맛을 느낄 수 있으며 보신음식으로 좋습니다.
In addition, it has clean, nice taste and stimulates appetite of the sick, the aged and pregnant women. It is high-protein food good for children’s growth and development. You can feel the real flavor of soy-sauce-reasoned raw crab.

꽃게는 산후의 위경련과 혈이 잘 나오지 않는 것을 다스려줍니다.
Blue crabs do not cure only stomach after childbirth but also promote the circulation of the blood.

(다량의 타우린이 간을 해독시키고 철분흡수율이 좋아 빈혈에 좋다).
Because a blue crab contains a large quantity of taurine which detoxifies the liver and its absorption of iron is high, it is good for anemia.)

100g당 칼슘 Calcium이118mg정도 함유되어 골다공증에 효과적입니다.
Because calcium contained in blue crabs is 118 mg per 100 gram, they are effective against osteoporosis.

껍질은 키토산과 타우린 다량함유 면역력강화, 간기능 강화, 생체리듬조절능력과 미용작용에 효과적입니다.
Blue crab skin contains a large quantity of chitosan and taurine which are effective for the reinforcement of immunity and liver function, control of biorhythm, and beauty treatment.

Recipe/How to Eat/How to Keep

저희제품은 3번 숙성을 거쳐 완성된 제품을 판매하기 때문에 특별한 조리법은 필요하지 않습니다.
We manufacture this product by ripening it three times. It does not need any special recipe.

제품을 받으시면 해동 후 꽃게의 배뚜껑을 열고 아가미와 모래주머니를 제거 후, 먹기 좋게 절단하여 그 위에 같이 발송된 간장을 뿌리고 고추와 마늘 Garlic, 깨를 살살 뿌려 함께 드시면 좋습니다.
First, defrost the blue crab and uncover its abdomen. Second, remove its gill and gizzard and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Finally, sprinkle the sent say sauce, and add chili and garlic to it dredging sesame gently, you will enjoy it.

제품을 받으신 후 장기간 보관 시에는 냉동 보관하시면 됩니다.
When storing the product for long periods, please keep it in a freezer.

수출현황 및 추진방향
Situation of Export and its Direction

현재는 수출을 하지 않고(장시간 이동에 따른 제품은 보관법문제에 있어 현재는 수출을 하지 않고 있으나, 게장을 좋아하는 일본과 해외 거주하는 한인들을 위해 포장법과 장시간 배송에 따른 품질 유지와 문제점들을 하나씩 개선하고 발전시켜 수출에도 노력하고 있습니다.
At the present time, we do not export our products (because we have difficulty in preserving them for transportation to any great distance). However, we are making an effort to solve problems of packing and quality maintenance to supply these products to Korean people who reside in Japan and other foreign countries.
