오징어와 문어를 갈아 쫄깃쫄깃하게 탄력을 잡은 다음 신선한 당근, 부추, 양파 등을 넣어 찐 어묵 스낵상품으로서 입 안 가득 씹히는 맛이 뛰어난 식감을 느낄 수 있습니다.
We manufacture the cooked fish paste according to the following processes. First, we mince squids and octopuses to have them to gain momentum and have a chewy texture. Second, we add carrots, chives and onions to them. Finally, we steam them. You can feel a sense of taste (i.e. a chewy taste in the mouth).

해물과 야채가 어우러져 영양적으로 우수한 스낵으로써 간식으로 즐겨 먹을 수 있는 상품으로 전자렌즈나 프라이팬에 튀겨 먹을 수 있으며 스틱을 이용한 꼬치 상품으로 시식하는데 별도 용기가 필요 없이 편리하게 드실 수 있습니다.
Seafood mixes well vegetables in this product. So, the product is a nutritionally excellent snack. You can enjoy eating it between meals. This food can be eaten fried. Because it is a skewered food, you can eat it conveniently without any additional container.

꼬지를 빼고 어묵 탕이나 해물탕수육과 해물전으로도 응용하여 요리할 수 있습니다.
If you take skewers from the product, you can also apply it to fish cake, boiled seafood soup and seafood pancake.

Introduction of Company

(주)농민농산은 농림부로부터 전통식품업체로지원받아 전국 최초로 건조된 흑가물치를 생산하였습니다.
Nongmin Susan Co., Ltd. was designated as a traditional food company and then received support from the same ministry. It manufactured dried black snakehead fish domestically for the first time.

군납, 대형 백화점에 납품하는 등 재래식 된장 Soybean Paste, 고추장 Red Pepper Paste을 이용한 산채즉석 비빔밥용 나물 외에 어육류(문어바, 골드바, 얼큰바)를 고속도로 휴게소에 납품하여 소비자로부터 호응도가 높아 전국 150여개 고속도로 휴게소에 납품하였습니다.
Nongmin Susan Co., Ltd. delivered its products to an army and large department stores. In addition to herbs for sanchae bibimbap (rice with wild herbs and vegetables) to which soybean paste or red pepper paste is added, it supplied fish cake products (e.g. Octopus Bar, Gold Bar, and Spicy Bar) to an expressway rest area. These foods received a highly positive consumer response; so, it delivered them to approximately 150 express service stations.

새로운 상품을 개발하고 보급하는데 앞장서는 농민농산은 [우리농산물축제]에서 감자맛바, 우렁쑥냉이 된장 Soybean Paste국으로 97~98동상을 수상한바 있어 1999, 2000년에 전라북도와 농림부로부터 [신지식인]으로 선정되는 등 가공 산업발전에 기여한 공이 커 2003년 정부로부터 [석탑산업훈장]을 수상한바 있습니다.
Nongmin Susan Co., Ltd., which has taken the initiative in developing and distributing a new product, won the third prize as “Gamjamas Bar (Potato Bar)” and “Woorengssuknaengi Doenjangguk (Soybean Paste with Freshwater Snail, Mugwort, and Shepherd’s Purse)” in 1997 and 1998, respectively. Further, it was designated as “New Intellectual” by the Jeollabuk-do and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in 1999 and 2000, respectively. Because it greatly contributed to the development of the processing industry like this, it was awarded “Stone Pagoda Industry Medal” by the government in 2003.
