전통장류와 절임류를 주로 생산하고 있는 순창고추장 마을은 최근 변화하는 트랜드에 맞추기 위하여 순창장류연구소와 (재)전북테크노파크와 협력하여 전통청국장에서 특정한 바실러스 균을 추출 배양하는데 성공, 이 균을 이용하여 청국장을 만든 후 제과에 첨가하였습니다.
Sunchang Red Pepper Paste Village has produced Korean traditional sauces, pastes and pickles mainly. Sunchang Red Pepper Paste Village cooperated with Sunchang Sauce & Paste Institute and Jeonbuk Technopark to accommodate itself to the recent changing trend, and finally it succeeded in extracting a certain type of Bacillus from Korean traditional fermented soybean and culturing the bacteria. Sunchang Red Pepper Paste Village used the bacteria for another fermented soybean and added the soybean to confectionary.

냄새가 나지 않고 맛을 유지하면서 어린이나 외국인에게도 거부감이 없는 쿠키를 생산하고 있습니다.
Sunchang Red Pepper Paste Village manufactures tasty cookies which do not draw unwelcome attention of children and foreigners, reducing the smell of fermented soybean.

더불어 청국장 젤리와 청국장 양갱을 개발하여 현재 생산 준비중에 있습니다.
In addition, Sunchang Red Pepper Paste Village developed fermented soybean jelly and fermented soybean red bean jelly, and it is now gearing up for their production.

2008년 특화품목육성사업 지원기업으로 선정되어 최신시설을 갖춘 위생적인 공장을 현재 구축 중에 있습니다.
Sunchang Red Pepper Paste Village was selected as a recipient of Regional Item Foster Project in 2008, and it is now constructing a factory equipped with the most modern facilities.

수출현황 및 추진방향
Situation of Export and its Direction

본 제품은 2009년 10월중 본격생산 예정이며, 순창우리밀청국장 쿠키를 미국,일본등 주로 한인들이 많이 거주하는 곳에 웰빙상품으로 수출하고 싶습니다.
We are planning to begin full-fledged production of this product during October 2009. We want to export as a well-being product Sunchang Korean Wheat Fermented Soybean Cookie mainly to countries such as the United States and Japan, in which a lot of overseas Koreans reside.

디자인 및 포장단위는 바이어와 별도 상담하여 변경 가능합니다.
We can change its design and packing unit according to additional negotiations with buyers.

Characteristics of Product

바실러스 서브틸리스 균을 추출 배양하여 만든 청국장 쿠키로, 냄새가 나지 않아 먹기에 거부감이 없습니다.
This product is a fermented soybean manufactured by extracting Bacillus subtilis and culturing it. Because it has no smell of fermented soybean, it does not draw unwelcome attention.

우리 콩, 우리 밀을 사용하여 만들었으며, 2009 전라북도 관광기념품 공모전에서 금상을 수상한 경력이 있는 제품입니다.
We used Korean bean and wheat as raw materials for this product and were awarded the first prize in the 2009 Jeollabuk-do Tourism Souvenir Contest.

김제평야 쌀누룽지
Gimje Plain Rice Nurungji

품질 좋은 국산 쌀로 밥을 하여 만든 누룽지는 고소하고 담백한 특징을 가지며, 식사대용뿐 아니라 양면으로 구워 스낵처럼 먹을 수 있습니다.
We used nurungji (crust of overcooked rice) made with high quality Korean rice as a raw material for this product. It has a characteristic of aromatic, plain taste. This product is like a meal in itself. You can eat the product as a snack by baking the both sides.
