「전주대학교 궁중藥고추장」은 말 그대로 몸에 약이 되는 재료(꿀, 쇠고기, 배즙, 참기름 등)를 넣어 만든 소스 개념이 접목된 고추장으로 항암 효과를 입증한 갈아 만든 배즙(배 농축액)으로 농도를 맞추고, 파, 마늘, 양파, 꿀, 참기름, 볶음 참깨가 기본양념으로 포함되어 있어 별도의 양념 없이 언제 어디서나 간편하게 전문 비빔밥집의 맛깔스러운 맛을 즐길 뿐만 아니라 쌈장, 떡볶이, 각종구이와 조림 등의 소스로 다양하게 이용할 수 있습니다.
“Jeonju University Palace Medicine Gochujang” is a red pepper paste manufactured by adding ingredients good for the health (e.g. honey, beef, pear juice, sesame oil, etc.) while grafting the concept of sauce onto the existing method. We balance the red pepper paste’s concentration with pear juice (pear concentrates) grinded which was proven as effective in preventing cancer. We use as basic seasonings green onion, garlic, honey, sesame oil, stir-fried sesame. So, we can convenienty enjoy a delicious taste of a bibimbap restaurant without any seasoning at any place, and anywhere. Also, in various ways this product can be used as a sauce for ssamjang, ttekbokki, and all sorts of roasted and steamed dishes.

Our ancestors’ wisdom is mixed very well with the flavor in Medicine Gochujang. This product is a stir-fried red pepper paste made by students of the department of Korean Traditional Culinary Arts in Jeonju University from all their hearts. They reproduce the flavor of red pepper paste donated to kings of Joseon Dynasty.

-조리방법; 갖은 양념한 쇠고기 다짐육을 볶는 후 고추장에 배즙를 넣어 볶은 다음 참기름, 깨소금, 꿀 등을 넣어 볶는다.
Recipe: First, Stir-fry minced beef seasoned with all sorts of spices and condiments. Then, put pear juice into a red pepper paste to stir-fry. Finally, put sesame oil, ground sesame mixed with salt and honey into it to stir-fry.
