Goodall shattered this belief when she observed that chimpanzees in the African forest frequently make simple tools for catching termites. The ape first looks for the right materials. (2) 후치형용사 ※ 형용사는 사람에게 쓰는 형용사ㆍ물건에게 쓰는 형용사가 따로 있고, 피수식어 앞에 써야 쓰는 형용사ㆍ피수식어 뒤에 쓰는 형용사가 따로 있다.
※ a자로 시작하는 형용사는 이유 여하를 막론하고 뒤 쪽에 후치로 쓴다.

(3) 부정대명사
※ 어미가 thing, body, one으로 끝나는 부정대명사를 꾸며줄 적에는 반드시 형용사는 뒤에서 꾸며 준다.
※ 발음상의 문제로 후치 수식. ex-1) Eat something nice[good]. (뭐 좀 좋은 거 먹어.) ex-2) Eat something special. (특별난 걸로 먹어.) ex-3) Eat something expensive. (비싼 걸로 좀 먹어.) ex-4) I want to tell you something important. (내가 너에게 중요한 말은 좀 말하고 싶다.) ex-5) There is something important. (중요한 일이 있습니다.)
