-의료관광 전문가는 의료관광객에게 우리나라에 대한 깊은 인상을 심어주며 이들의 의료관광의 가치를 높여줌으로써 향후 소비 증대를 유도한다.
- A medical tour specialist makes a deep impression of Korea on medical tourists and raises the value of medical tour. This will contribute to a rise in consumption in the future.

1)우리나라를 대표하는 관광대통령의 마인드를 가져야 한다.
1) The coordinator is required to have an attitude of tour president which represents Korea.

2)성실성과 신중함으로 최상의 친절함과 미소를 실천한다.
2) The coordinator practices kindness and smile faithfully.

3)우리나라 전통문화의 교육을 통해 문화전도사의 마인드를 가져야 한다.
3) The coordinator is required to have an attitude of culture forwarder through the education of Korea's traditional culture.

4)관광지의 편의시설과 관광지 주민 사이의 중개자로서 완충, 조정자의 마인드를 가져야 한다.
4) The coordinator is required to have an attitude of mediator between convenience facilities and residents of the tourist spot.

의료관광객의 보호와 여행준비에 대한 수행원으로서의 중요한 역할을 포함하고 있으며 관광집단을 단결시키고 문제의 발생시 해결능력이 우선되어야 하며 신뢰감을 줄 수 있어야 한다.
The coordinator plays a key role of attendant in protection for medical tourists and their preparations for a trip. The coordinator is required to unite tour groups, to have an ability to handle problems in a crisis, and finally to establish a feeling of trust.

* 방향설정 역할- 의료관광의 시, 공간적 방향에 대해서 책임을 다하여야 한다.
* Role of decision-establishment - The coordinator is required to fulfill its duty temporally and spatially.

* 접근의 용이화 역할 – 현지 기관, 즉 교육기관, 정부기관, 주요 산업시설 등과 협조하여 사전에 접근을 허가 받아서 접근의 용이성을 발휘해야 한다.
* Role of easy approach - The coordinator is required to make easy approach to local institutions (e.g. educational institution, government organization and main industry facilities, etc.) with prior permission.

* 통제 역할- 의료관광객의 안전과 편의에 대한 책임이 요구된다.
* Role of control - The responsibility of medical tourists' security and convenience is demanded.

*긴장 관리 역할- 구성원간의 충돌이나 긴장감을 해소시키는 조정자의 역할을 수행해야 한다.

*통합 역할 - 관광단체를 단결시키고 결속을 다지는 통합 리더십의 역할을 해야 한다.
* Role of integration - The coordinator is required to play a role in uniting tour groups and strengthening the unity.

*사기 진작 역할 - 의료관광객의 사기를 높이고 여행 분위기를 고조시키는 역할을 수행한다.
* Role of boosting morale - The coordinator plays a role in increasing medical tourists' morale and charging their atmosphere.

*활기 부여 역할- 의료관광을 통한 새로운 건강 에너지를 재충전하는 자극제의 역할을 수행한다.
* Role of putting some ginger - The coordinator plays a role of stimulant in tourists' recharging their batteries through medical tour.
