병원수준의 전략은 끊임없이 변화하는 시장 환경 속에서 병원의 사명과 목표를 달성하기 위하여 병원이 가지고 있는 여러 기능을 유기적으로 결합하여 경영자원의 효율적인 배분을 도모하고자 하는 관리 과정이다.
병원 수준에서 결정하는 사항들은 다각화, 병원 인수합병, 신사업 진출 등 병원이 참여하게 될 업무와 규모에 관한 것이다.
또한 자원의 획득, 병원 기술, 목표고객층, 시너지효과의 극대화, 병원 활동의 통제 방법 등의 사항도 구축되어야 한다.
Strategies at the level of hospital is a management process in which a hospital promotes an effective allocation by combining its functions so that it can fulfill its duties and accomplish its aims.
Matters decided upon at the level of hospital are about hospitals' business affairs (e.g. diversification, mergers and acquisitions of hospitals, advancement to a new enterprise, etc.) and their size.
In addition, we should make clear matters of resource acquisition, hospital skills, targeted customers, the maximization of synergy effect, and methods of controlling hospital activities.

사업부 수준의 전략 목표는 기본적으로 병원 수준에 설정된 목표와 일관성을 가지고 있어야 하며 병원 사업부가 시장에서 필요한 역량을 모두 갖추었더라도 사업부의 핵심역량이 발휘될 수 있는 최선의 시장을 결정하고 공략에 필요한 전략 프로그램을 설계하여 구축하는 것이 중요하다.
Basically, its purpose should be set up at the level of hospital and requires consistency. It is important that the business department of hospitals construct a strategic program for targeting the best market to show its important abilities although it has all of abilities necessary to the market.
 
(3) 제품 브랜드 수준의 전략 구조
(3) Structure of medical marketing strategy at the level of the existing product brand

마케팅 목표 달성을 위한 기본 노선의 제품, 브랜드 수준 전략의 목적은 표적시장에서 병원의 마케팅 자원과 활동을 효과적으로 수행해 나가는 것이다.
이를 표적시장에 차별화된 포지셔닝 전략의 수립, 마케팅 전략의 실행을 위한 구체적인 마케팅 믹스 요소의 관리 및 배분 등이 실행된다.
제품 ,브랜드 수준 전략은 계층 구조에 의해 서로 일관성 있게 수립되는 것이 중요하다.
Its purposes are to make the best use of marketing resources of hospitals and to do effective hospital activities in the target market.
To accomplish these purposes, we establish a differentiated positioning strategy in the target market, manage a combination of components for implementing marketing strategies and allocate these components.
In particular, it is important to set up consistently this strategy by level structure.
