Golfzon은 ‘스크린 골프’라는 새로운 문화를 조성하며 많은 성장을 이뤄온 기업으로써, 골프와 관련된 다양한 신사업과 복합시설로 이루어진 사옥 건설을 통해 본격적인 제2의 성장을 준비하고 있다.
 
본 프로젝트는 대지 중앙에 위치한 광장을 중심으로 골프산업의 세계화를 선도하는 기업의 높은 위상을 형상화한 5개의 매스로 구성된다. 그 중 골프산업의 메카로 자리매김할 G-Stadium과 친환경 저탄소 사무공간을 지향하는 신사옥을 1차 개발사업으로 지정하였다.
 
계획안은 방문객의 접근과 이용이 편리한 저층부 열린 공간에 상업 및 문화시설을 배치시켜 대전 시민의 모든 세대를 아우르는 대표적 지역커뮤니티 공간이 되도록 하였으며, 매스와 매스 사이에는 이벤트 공간인 G-Culture Street과 G-Avenue를 두어 시민들에게 다양한 경험을 선사한다.
건물은 실내녹화공간을 구축하여 외부로부터 자연을 끌어들여 실내에 쾌적함을 더하였으며, 인간과 도시, 자연과 대지의 내 · 외부를 연계하는 통합된 친환경적인 공간구성은 골프존의 비전을 드러낸다.
 
계획안은 건물 인근에 위치한 엑스포과학공원, TJB대전방송, KOTRA, DCC대전컨벤션 등 대전의 랜드마크가 되는 건물과의 연계를 통해 지역 활성화 및 시너지 효과를 창출하고, 자연 속에서 골프문화와 인간, 시간, 이벤트가 함께하는 복합유희공간으로 자리매김할 것이다.

Golfzon is a company which has achieved a lot of developments promoting the new culture 'screen golf'.
Golfzon is preparing for the second full-scale development by constructing its building comprised of facilities for various new businesses and complex facilities related to golf.
 
This project is organized as 5 masses which shows the high status of enterprise leading the globalization of golf industry with the square as a center; this square is located in the middle of the site. We designated as the first development project the construction of the new company building that aims for G-stadium and the environment-friendly, low-carbon office area which will turn itself into the Mecca of golf industry.
 
According to the project proposal, commercial businesses and cultural facilities will be located in the open space at the ground level which can be easily accessed and used by visitors so that the building can serve as a representative community space for the citizens of Daejeon. Also, the proposal will provide the citizens with a wealth of experiences by constructing two event spaces G-Culture Street and G-Avenue between masses.
 
We will add comfortableness to the inside of the building by constructing a indoor green space to bring the nature into the building. The integrated eco-friendly space organization (i.e. the link between human and city and between the inside and the outside of the nature and the earth) shows a vision of Golfzon.
 
According to the project, the building will create community revitalization and its synergy effects in combination with the landmark buildings of Daejeon (e.g. Expo Science Park, TJB Daejeon Broadcasting, Korea Trade-Investment Promotlion Agency (KOTRA), DCC Daejeon Convention, etc.) and turn itself into an amusement complex space to which golf culture, human, time and event are integrated in the nature.
