[한국어 원문] 건물은 통경축을 중심으로 동측에는 업무시설 및 문화전시시설이, 서쪽에는 보육시설이 위치하며, 남쪽에는 넓은 체육공원을 조성하여 수변공원과 연계되도록 하였다. 특히 스포츠파크, 자연학습장, 전시마당을 지역주민에게 개방하여 진주시민이 함께 즐기는 열린 공간을 조성하였다. 신사옥은 직원들의 설문내용과 요구사항을 자세히 분석하여 진주혁신도시의 선도핵심기업의 상징성을 드러내면서도, 자연친화적이고 편리한 업무공간 및 복지시설 계획을 중점에 두었다. 업무공간은 1개 층, 1본부단 배치를 원칙으로 전면 남향 배치하여 균일한 업무환경을 조성하였다. 그리고 업무지원공간은 북쪽에 배치하여 에너지 낭비를 최소화하고, 업무공간 좌 · 우에 계획된 아트리움은 휴식공간 및 맞통풍을 가능하게 하여 쾌적한 업무환경이 되도록 하였다. 공사 이전 시 직원들의 가장 큰 고민인 자녀의 교육과 가족 복지 문제를 적극 고려하여 방과 후 학습 및 강의가 이뤄지는 에듀센터와 가족의 건강검진까지 가능한 진료센터를 계획하였으며, 보육시설을 체육관과 대운동장에 연계 배치하여 수준 높은 유아스포츠 교육이 가능하도록 하였다. 남측에 모듈화한 격자외피는 전통창호인 꽃살문을 형상화한 것으로, 조형성 및 일사차단 효과를 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 유지관리 측면에서도 매우 우수한 외피시스템으로 전동차양이나 광(光)선반과는 달리 별도의 유지관리나 보수가 필요 없는 패시브디자인 기법으로 계획되었다. 또한 지중열미로시스템, 저층부의 집수홀, 로비의 실내 벽천 등 다양한 에너지절감 계획을 통해 명실상부한 친환경건물이 되도록 하였다. When relocating the company due to the construction, we planned a education center to give after school lessons and lectures for the employees' children and a care center to supply health inspection services to their family because we actively considered their biggest problems (i.e. education facility for their children and welfare facility for their family). Further, we located the childcare facility in combination with the gymnasium and the large sports ground to supply a high standard child sports education services. The latticed skin facade modularized in the south is the figuration of floral door, a traditional window. It does not only have formativeness and a temporary block effect from light. But, it is also a very superior skin facade system from a perspective of maintenance management. We planed to install it by the passive design technique which does not need an additional maintenance management, unlike window sun shade devices or light shelves. In addition, we created the building as the truly environment-friendly building through various programs for energy reduction, such as maze system of subterranean, water catchment hole of the low floor and indoor wall fountain on the lobby. |
