복지...[선택적복리제도관련논문2<논문초록한영번역][소설번역]
한국어 원문 먼저, 기존 문헌들을 통해 선택적 복지제도와 인터넷쇼핑몰 소비자 구매행동에 대한 이론적 개념을 정립하고, 선행 연구모형들을 살펴 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 소비자의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 두 번째, 선행 연구모형을 통해 추출한 요인들을 기반으로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였으며, 선택적 복지제도를 실시하고 있는 회사의 임직원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 그 결과를 분석하여 본 연구에서 제시한 가설을 검증하였다. Cronbach's Alpha의 신뢰도 분석과 Varimax를 이용한 요인분석을 통해 신뢰, 고객서비스, 거래안전성, 사이트기능, 구전 총 5가지 요인이 추출되었으며, 이들 요인과 구매의도와의 관계를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 고객서비스, 사이트기능, 구전 3 가지 요인은 복지몰 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으나, 신뢰 및 거래안전성 요인은 구매의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 추가로 실시한 신뢰 및 거래안전성 요인의 세부항목을 독립변수로 하여 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 항목 검증을 위한 회귀분석에서 '약속기한 내 배송' 과 '개인정보보안' 항목은 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 복지몰을 이용하는 임직원들의 구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 고품질, 최신상품, 저렴한 가격, 제품상세정보 및 이벤트 제공, 고객상담센터 운영과 관련한 고객서비스 요인과 사이트의 효율적 작동, 편리한 사용, 그리고 신속한 거래와 관련한 사이트기능 요인, 마지막으로 인터넷 구매시 더욱 뚜렷한 영향을 미치는 긍적적 구전 요인에 초점을 맞춰 복지몰을 운영해야 한다는 사실을 분석해 냈으며, 더불어 기한 내 배송 및 개인정보 보안에도 관심을 갖고 운영해 나가야 한다는 결론을 얻게 되었다. 영어 번역문 First, this research establish theoretical concepts of the selective welfare system and welfare mall consumers' purchase behavior, based on previous studies. It examines factors those consumers' purchase intention suggested by models of previous studies. Secondly, this research sets up a research model and a hypothesis, on the basis of factors obtained from the above models. Further, it conducts surveys of employees of companies that enforce the selective welfare system and verify the hypothesis by analyzing these surveys. The five factors trust, customer service, business safety, the functions of site, and transmit by word of mouth are obtained from the reliability analysis of Cronbach's Alpha and the factor analysis of Varimax. The regression analysis is done to inquire into the relation between these five factors and employees' purchase intention. This regression analysis shows that other two factors trust and business safety do not affect the intention whereas the three factors the functions of site, customer service, and transmit by word of mouth exert a significant effect on the purchase intention of welfare mall. However, the additional regression analysis which sets trust and business safety as independent variables and verifies particular items of factors of purchase intention tells us that the two items 'delivery within a time limit' and 'security of personal information' have a significant influence on the purchase intention. In conclusion, the above analyses show that we are required to manage the welfare mall focusing on the followings, in order to promote the relevant employees' purchase intention: (1) high quality, (2) latest product, (3) competitive price, (4) offer of detailed information of products and events, (5) customer service regarding the operation of the customer service center, (6) the functions of cite regarding its effective operation, convenient use and prompt business, and (7) a positive factor of transmit by word of mouth that affects an internet purchase more significantly. Moreover, these analyses suggest us that we are required to be concerned about delivery within a time limit and security of personal information to operate the welfare mall. |
