Greeting and guiding 인사를 하고 행선지를 말해준다 - 두서너 걸음 앞에서 걷는다 - 뒤따라오는 고객에게 계속 마음을 쓴다- 윗자리에 앉도록 권한다- 방에서 물러날 때는 문 가까이까지 온 후 돌아다보면서 가볍게 인사하고 물러난다. We greet to customers and say the destination. - We take two or three steps forward. - We pay attention to customers behind. - We recommend them to take the top seat. - When leaving the room, we bow slightly to them near the door. 2. 사물을 가리키는 방법 2. Methods of pointing 그 자리에서 안내할 경우, 물건이나 방향을 가리켜야 하고, 시선은 지시하는 방향으로 향한다. When guiding customers on the spot, we point the thing looking at the direct. 안내시에는 손가락으로 방향을 가리키지 않고 손바닥을 위로 향하게 하여 방향을 가리킨다. We point the direction not with our finger but with our hand facing upwards. 3. 계단을 오르내리거나 회전문을 이용할 때 3. Stairway or the revolving door, 계단을 오르내릴 때는 앞에서 안내하는 것이 원칙이나, 여성과 함께 계단을 내려올 때는 뒤따르며 안내한다. When going up and down the stairs, we must guide before customers. However, when going down the stairs with female customers, we guide following them. 회전문이나 에스컬레이터에는 고객을 먼저 앞세운다. We let customers go into the revolving door or the escalator first. 4. 응접실에서의 마음가짐 4. Attitude at the reception room 어느 곳이 상석인지 알아두고 고객에게 상석을 권한다. We grasp the location of the top seat and recommend customers to take it. 의자, 책상을 정돈하고 청결히 하며 고객이 돌아간 후에는 곧 찻잔이나 재떨이 등을 말끔히 정리한다. We arrange chair(s) and desk(s) and clean them. After customers leave, we make clean teacup(s) or ash tray(s), etc. 5. 고객의 좌석 지정 5. Seat designation of customer 상석에는 3가지 원칙이 있다. 문 또는 입구로부터 먼 자리, 안정된 자리, 조망이 좋은 자리이다. There are three kinds of top seat, the seat far way from the entrance, the stable seat and the seat with a good view. 고객 중심으로 좌석을 배치하여야 한다. We must arrange the seat with customers as the center. 6. 안내원은 회사의 얼굴 6. Guide as a representative of company 고객이 방문할 때 제일 먼저 접하는 사람이 안내원이다. 따라서 안내원의 일거수일투족은 고객서비스를 좌우하는 회사의 얼굴이라 할 수 있다. When customer visit a company, they contact a guide first. So, customer service depends on the guide's every movement. |
