-에이전시를 통해 환자 진료를 요청 받게 되는 경우 환자 국적에 따라 사전 체크사항을 확인한다.
- When a patient applies for an medical treatment through agency, the patients is checked by nationality in advance.

-환자가 직접 병원으로 전화 연락을 한 경우의 프로세스에 따라 사전 체크사항을 확인한다.
- When a patient phones the hospital personally, the patient is checked according to the relevant process in advance.

상담내용 분석 및 비용 산출 매뉴얼
Manual of analysis of consultation and its costing

-의료관광 코디네이터가 전화 상담을 실시한 내용을 보고서로 작성하고 상담내용을 분석한다.
- Medical tour coordinator prepares a report of telephone consultation and analyzes its contents.

-환자의 세부 진료 내용별 검사항목, 투약의 여부, 기타 추가사항 등 환자의 요청사항을 올바르게 반영하여 전체 치료비용을 산출한다.
- The coordinator calculates the whole costs by reflecting the patient's request related to items of test by medical treatment, administration, and others.

-체류자격 및 비자기간을 확인한다.
- The coordinator confirms the patient's qualification of stay and visa duration.

외국인 환자의 예약 매뉴얼

-환자의 진료설계가 확인되면 예약 확인서를 발부한다.
- If the medical treatment plan of the patient is confirmed, the confirmation of reservation is issued.

-입국비자 발부를 위해 대사관에서 요청하는 사전 필요서류를 확인한다.
- We confirm the necessary documents to be submitted to the relevant embassy for the grant of an entry visa in advance.

-대사관 담당자와 사전 체크하여 필요서류를 확인하고 입국비자의 종류를 확인한다. 비자 만료 7일전의 경우 주치의의 소견서와 체류 신고서를 확인한다.
- We check the necessary documents and the type of entry visa with the person in charge of the embassy in advance. When we check them before 7 days of the expiration of the visa, we confirm the doctor's written opinion and the patient's declaration form of stay.

-환자의 입국, 출국 시의 교통편 제공에 대한 계약 체결을 확인하고, 안전사고에 대한 사항을 계약 체결 시 반영하도록 한다.
- We must confirm the conclusion of contract regarding providing transportation for the patient at entry and departure. We must reflect safety concerns when concluding the contract.

-환자의 진료상황에 맞는 인력의 배정을 확인하고 과거 병력에 대한 모든 사항을 문진하여 확인한다.
- We check the assignment of the manpower according to the patient's situation of medical treatments and confirm the patient's whole medical history by asking questions him in person.

-환자가 문진 내용을 정확히 이해하고 있는지 확인하고, 답변내용을 정확히 확인한다.
- We check whether or not the patient understands the questions regarding the past medical history and confirms the answers correctly.

-입원 서약서를 정확히 통역하고 서명을 받는다.
- We have a written oath of hospitalization to be interpreted correctly and receive the patient's signature.

환자의 수술 점검 매뉴얼
Manual of checking surgery of patients,

-수술 전 환자의 상태, 진료기록, 수술 부위를 확인하고, 환자의 상태를 주의 깊게 관찰한다.
- We check the patient's condition before surgery, medical records, and the part of surgery and observe the patient's state carefully.

환자의 응급상황 점검 매뉴얼
Manual of checking emergencies of patients

-응급환자의 조치에 필요한 장비와 기구를 확인한다.
- We check equipments and devices necessary to first-aid treatment.

환자의 검사
Patient test

-검사, 시술, 수술 및 사전, 후 투약의 주의사항을 충분히 설명하고, 모든 치료계획을 설명한다.
- We fully explain rules of test, surgery and pre- and post-medication. And, we explain all plans of treatment.

환자의 진단
Diagnosis of patient

- 환자의 상태와 검사 결과를 종합하여 진단 결과를 정확히 전달한다.
- We put the patient's condition and test results together and inform him the result of diagnosis correctly.

환자의 투약 매뉴얼
Manual of patient medication

-약물을 투여할 경우 약물의 부작용을 확인하고, 조제 시 처방전과 약제의 일치 여부를 확인한다.
- When we medicate the patient drugs, we check their side effects. We dispense a prescription, we check the medicine in question.

중간비용 정산
Interim settlement of accounts

-진료 중간에 진료비 정산이 필요한 경우 미리 진료항목을 확인하고, 중간 수납의 경우 초기 상담 및 계약서에 명기한다.
- When the patient needs to pay charges in the middle of medical care,  we check item of medical treatments in advance. If the interim settlement of account is required, we put it on the consultation and contract in the beginning.

퇴원 관리 매뉴얼
Manual of being discharged from the hospital

-환자의 국적별 퇴원 시 필요한 서류를 미리 확인하고, 진단서와 진료비 영수증에 대한 결과를 정확히 설명한다.
- When patients are discharged from the hospital by nationality, we check the necessary documents in advance. We correctly explain them the results of a report from the doctor and the receipt of accounts.

사후 관리 매뉴얼
Manual of post-medical care

-수술환자의 경우 귀국 후 음식조절과 섭취 및 운동량 등의 주의사항을 정확히 전달한다.
- After the surgery patient goes back to the country, we inform him correctly matters of control and intake of foods and physical exercises.
