영어 개인ㆍ그룹 과외 2. 면접 기술의 필요성과 다양한 형태 Necessity and type of interview skills 면접의 형태 Form of interview - 구조화된 면접에서는 매우 구체적인 질문이 이루어지며 이는 종종 표준화된 형태의 차트에 기호로 기록이 된다. 구조화되지 않은 형태의 면접은 질문의 내용이 모두 글로써 나타내지며 이를 조직화 또는 공식화하려는 시도는 거의 이루어지지 않는다. 대부분의 이런 면접은 반구조화된 면접이라 한다. - In a structured interview, very concrete questions are given. These questions are sometimes written in cipher on the standardized chart. In a non-structured interview, all of questions are recorded, and the organization or formulation of the recorded is rarely attempted. Most of them are called non-structured interview. 면접의 사회심리학 Social psychology of interview - 건강상담사는 내담자와 대면 관계를 갖게 되고 이때 내담자의 비언어적 의사 전달도 중요한 정보원이 될 수 있다. 그러나 건강상담사는 언어적 의사소통과 비언어적 의사소통을 통하여 내담자의 행동과 내담자가 말하는 것에 영향을 줄 수 있다. - The health consultant has a face-to-face relationship with interviewees. Here, their non-linguistic communication can be important source of information. However, the consultant can affect their acts and what they say, through linguistic and non-linguistic communications. 문제의 규정 Definition of problem -문제에 대한 규정은 건강상담사와 내담자 사이에 상당한 차이가 있을 수 있어 건강상담사의 의견이 무조건 옳다는 가정을 해서는 안 되며, 내담자의 의사결정을 무시하는 방향으로 진행되어서도 안 된다. - There can exist significant differences of defined problems between a health consultant and an interviewee. It must not be assumed that the health consultant's opinion is unconditionally right. Further, the decision-making of interviewees must not be discarded. -진술하기 - Stating -유도 질문 - Loaded question -다중 질문 - Multiplex question -저의가 숨어 있는 질문 - Question with an ulterior motive -개방형 질문과 폐쇄형 질문 - Open question and closed question -캐어묻기와 상기시키기 - Asking inquisitively and reminding 내담자에게 응답하기 Answering to interviewee - 건강상담사는 내담자에게 질문을 할 뿐 아니라 내담자가 하는 질문, 제안, 그리고 내담자의 의견에 응답을 하여야 한다. 보건의료 전문가는 내담자를 안심시키는 방향으로 응답하는 경향이 있는데, 이러한 경향이 바람직할 때도 있으나 사실 자체를 인정하지 않는 결과를 가져올 수도 있다. - The health consultant must not only ask questions to the interviewee but also response to the interviewee's questions, suggestions and opinions. The consultant tends to make emphasize on setting the interviewee at ease. Sometimes, this tendency leads to a desirable result. However, it can bring about the result that the fact itself is denied. |
