-고객접점의 서비스 메뉴얼은 일반적인 서비스를 표준화한 것이기 때문에 더 효율적으로 되기 위해서는 임상적인 측면에서의 서비스 즉, 주 임상경로와의 결합이 필요하다. 그것을 통해서 진료의 질을 저하시키지 않으면서 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다.
- The manual of services of customer contact points is standardized based on general services. So, the combination of clinical services (i.e. the main clinical route) and general services is necessary for preparing the manual efficiently. This can reduce costs without a falling-off in quality of medical treatments.
